illegal chemical and conventional weapon known to man was used against the

both corrupt parties believed they were unstoppable. However a wrench was thrown into the gears of
the neocon war machine when an unknown Vladimir Putin was elected President of

the evolution of the Magnitsky Act, the law that was passed in America to
punish those who commit crimes against humanity, excepting America of course.
The CIA’s overthrow
of elected governments
In July of 2015, after the neocons’ Orwellian named
“National Endowment for Democracies” began infiltrating Russia, President
Vladimir Putin banned the NED from entry into his country. Putin was well aware that the NED had
instigated riots in Ukraine in 2013 and overthrew the elected government of

Russia's Foreign Ministry hit back by
saying the NED's name was "deceptive" because "it is only
non-governmental on paper… The ministry said that analysis of NED
projects "shows that they are aimed
at destabilising the internal situation in countries which pursue independent
policies in line with their own national interests, rather than following
instructions from Washington".
According to Russian official data,
the NED gave financial assistance worth
about $5.2m (£3.3m) to various Russian organisations in 2013-2014. Russians can now face fines or up to six
years in prison if they work for a non-governmental organisation (NGO) branded
"undesirable".
The genesis of the
Shadow Government
So Putin claims the NED is not a “nongovernmental agency” at
all, it’s funded by the American government and is deeply embedded with CIA
operatives. The US State Department claims it is a benign benevolent agency
spreading peace and joy across the globe.

only as long as he accepted European demands for new “trade agreements” and
stern economic “reforms” required by the International Monetary Fund. When
Yanukovych was negotiating those pacts, he won praise, but when he judged the
price too high for Ukraine and opted for a more generous deal from Russia, he immediately became a target for “regime
change.”
Last September, NED’s longtime
president, Carl Gershman, took to the op-ed page of the neocon-flagship Washington Post to urge the U.S. government to push
European “free trade” agreements on Ukraine and other former Soviet states and
thus counter Moscow’s efforts to maintain close relations with those countries.
The ultimate goal, according to Gershman, was isolating and possibly toppling Putin in Russia with
Ukraine the key piece on this global chessboard…
The 2000 blackmail of
Yeltsin and attempted coup against Russia

prison awaiting trial and then is given a posthumous trial and found guilty.
While he was portrayed in the West as a
whistle-blower, don’t forget so was Safra against Bank of New York. This
then led Congress to strangely pass the
Magnitsky Act to A bill to impose sanctions on persons responsible for the
detention, abuse, or death of Sergei Magnitsky…
This is curiously strange for a foreign act to prompt Congress to pass
a law in the USA. We cannot leave out Edmond Safra’s own mysterious murder
in Monaco (Death in Monaco) that took the fire company hours to reach being
just 10 minutes away while his more than 20 bodyguards were all given the night
off and reported bullets in his body with his nurse saying Russians dressed as
ninjas showed up.
What I do know is there appears to have been a plot to take over Russia and that came
from sources directly in Russia at the time… Safra was linked with Boris Abramovich
Berezovsky and allegedly Vladimir Aleksandrovich Gusinsky, the media tycoon. As
the plot was laid out by Russian sources, Yeltsin
was convinced to take $7 billion from the IMF funds to refurbish the Kremlin –
a staggering amount of money.
The funds were wired to a largely
unknown company in Switzerland. The wire
was steered through Bank of New York and as soon as it was made, Safra had
his bank run to the Feds and report that Bank of New York had just conducted a
money laundering event. The Feds ran in
wide-eyed and of course announced their action to the world before thoroughly
investigating the allegations of Safra…
It was at this time that THE CONSPIRATORS threatened Yeltsin with
exposure of his theft of $7 billion on the world stage. The demand was to
appoint Berezovsky as the new President of Russia and for Yeltsin to step down
and not run in 2000. Yeltsin, realizing
he was set up, turned to Putin who nobody had heard of.
As the story goes, Putin promised
to take care of everything if Yeltsin appointed him instead, Yeltsin resigned
on December 31, 1999, after Safra was killed on December 3rd in Monaco. The Presidential elections were held in
Russia on the 26th of March 2000 formally electing Putin.
Berezovsky and Gusinsky fled Russia
with their assets confiscated with the former gaining political asylum in
Britain and the latter taking off to Israel…
Finally in 2009, the lawyer representing Hermitage Sergei Magnitsky died while he was in pretrial detention in Moscow,
who has now been found guilty of tax fraud posthumously…
It was Edmond Safra’s Republic National Bank then ran to the US
Government in August 1999 and informed them that the Bank of New York had just
wired $7 billion to Switzerland in a money laundering scam. The US
authorities ran in immediately.
The wire was sent to Mabetex, which was the Swiss based company ran by Kosovo/Swiss entrepreneur Behgjet Pacolli who
claimed to have the contract to refurbish the Kremlin. He became President of Kosovo in 2011. The Bank of New York broker
Lucy Edwards pleaded guilty but did no jail time because she “cooperated” with
the government…
At her sentencing, the Judge simply asked who was the $7
billion money laundering for? She replied it was a “ransom” for a Russian
businessman. The Judge did not bother to even ask any names. The classic cover-up as if anyone would
ever pay $7 billion ransom…
The Hermitage Capital Management
Fund, which BILL BROWDER started in 1996 with the late billionaire Edmond
Safra, WAS THE LARGEST FOREIGN OWNER OF RUSSIAN SHARES.
Many have begun to ask questions
since the NSA exposure, was Safra
involved with the NSA or CIA to take over Russia? What about the Boris
Abramovich Berezovsky murder? He suddenly hung himself? The whole Safra
& CIA connection I am not sure about. That was the story since the CIA was reportedly using his
private jet in the Iran-Contra scandal.

name, BILL BROWDER because here is where it gets really interesting. The latest revelation that Donald Trump Jr.
met with Natalia Veselnitskaya is beginning to look like Trump Jr. may have
been set up by Obama’s Department of Justice.

without a visa and given special treatment by the DOJ because of “extraordinary
circumstances.” What were those

Russian government officials had divided $230 million in bogus tax refunds

responsible for his death from entering the US.
Bingo, the Senate’s source is WILLIAM BROWDER the founder of
Hermitage Capital Management Fund along with his partner in crime Edmond Safra
who were the largest foreign owners of Russian shares and likely recipients of
the $7 billion dollar money laundering scheme.
Both are believed to be involved in the NSA or CIA attempted takeover of
Russia. WILLIAM BROWDER has a financial
interest in Donald J. Trump’s impeachment.
The crucifixion of
General Michael Flynn
The regime change in Syria then Russia was scheduled to take
place right after the regime change in America. Trump’s election blew those
plans out of the water. When Donald
Trump selected General Michael Flynn as his National Security Director and
announced his support for normalized relations with Russia, the systematic
destruction of the Trump Administration was set in motion. Flynn had to go and it helped that people at
the FBI had an axe to grind with Flynn:

Flynn’s intervention on behalf of

supporting Gritz’s case and an offer to testify on her behalf. His offer put him as a hostile witness in a
case against McCabe, who was soaring through the bureau’s leadership ranks.

federal administrative law judge in May 2014 to keep Flynn and others from
becoming a witness in her Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) case,
memos obtained by Circa show. Two years
later, the FBI opened its inquiry of Flynn…
The deputy director’s testimony provided some of the strongest evidence
in the case of possible retaliation, because he admitted the FBI opened an
internal investigation into Gritz’s personal conduct after learning the agent
“had filed or intended to file” a sex discrimination complaint against her
supervisors.
McCabe eventually became the bureau’s No. 2 executive and
emerged as a central player in the
FBI’s Russia election tampering investigation, putting him in a position to
impact the criminal inquiry against Flynn.
Three FBI employees told Circa they personally witnessed McCabe make
disparaging remarks about Flynn before and during the time the retired Army
general emerged as a figure in the Russia case.
The bureau employees, who spoke only on condition of anonymity for fear
of retribution, said they did not know the reason for McCabe’s displeasure
with Flynn, but that it made them
uncomfortable as the Russia probe began to unfold and pressure built to
investigate Flynn. One employee even consulted a private lawyer.
“As far as the troops in the field, the vast-majority were disgusted
with the Russia decision, but that was McCabe
driving the result that eventually led [former FBI Director James] Comey to
make the decision,” said a senior federal law enforcement official, with direct
knowledge of the investigation.
FBI agents’ concerns became more pronounced when a highly-classified
piece of evidence -- an intercepted conversation between Flynn
and Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak -- suddenly
leaked to the news media and prompted Flynn’s resignation as Trump’s
top security adviser.

the US. The two parties control who may
run for office, what rules must be followed, who may vote and when they may
vote. The parties decide whose votes
will be counted and which votes will be discarded. Through the primary system the Democratic
Party has “super delegates” who are all politicians. Those “super delegates” can override the
votes cast in their states.
In the 2008 primary Hillary Clinton won the State of
Massachusetts by 15% points. Super
delegates Ted Kennedy and John Kerry overrode the Massachusetts voters and
gifted Massachusetts delegates to Barack Obama.
The two parties did not want Hillary Clinton in 2016 but believed that if
she won and they could impeach her and restore the party to the neocon Zionists
headed up by Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden. The parties had a foolproof system in place
and planned that Jeb Bush would be the GOP candidate and ensure the
continuation of the current system, and the overthrow of the Syrian government,
followed by the overthrow of Russia.
It never occurred to the GOP that anyone not pre-approved by
the establishment could win the Republican nomination without the financial
backing of the party. Big mistake. The
big bang exploded and blew up their world; that big bang was Donald Trump.
Trump dismissed the ridiculous notion that George W. Bush
kept America safe right out of the gate.
That was the shot heard around the world. When Donald Trump met with Vladimir Putin one
on one for two hours at the G20 and barred the media and intelligence
apparatus, it was the last straw. The
establishment became unhinged. As the
following exchange between Tucker Carlson and Max Boot one of the architects of
the Iraq War shows the level of insanity Russian President Putin elicits in
America.
Talk about unhinged, it’s frightening that people like Ralph
Peters and Max Boot are considered experts on foreign relations.
The American people no longer trust the politicians, the
media nor our intelligence agencies. They have all become unhinged and as far
as we’re concerned they are just howling at the moon. This saga is not going to end soon so stay
