FDR was poisoned, JFK was shot now Trump been neutered by the Deep State

After the Deep State overthrew the American government on December 12, 2000 and destroyed the entire voting apparatus they believed there would never again be a president chosen by the American people.  Using the corrupt two-party primary system, the Deep State was able to ensure that their chosen lackeys would be the only two choices, no third party need apply.  The long standing dispatching of American presidents either by physical or political assassination would no longer be necessary.

In the case of President Franklin Roosevelt poison was the method of choice but first it was necessary to remove his socialist Vice President Henry Wallace.  Much like President Trump, Vice President Wallace wanted to normalize relations with Russia.  From Wikipedia:

Excerpt:

Henry Agard Wallace (October 7, 1888 – November 18, 1965) served as the 33rd Vice President of the United States (1941–1945), the 11th Secretary of Agriculture (1933–1940), and the 10th Secretary of Commerce (1945–1946). He was the presidential nominee of the revived Progressive Party in the 1948 presidential election. He strongly supported New Deal liberalism and sought conciliation with the Soviet Union…

In 1933 President Franklin D. Roosevelt appointed Wallace as his Secretary of Agriculture. Though as a young man he was a Republican, Wallace joined the Democratic Party in 1936. As Agriculture Secretary, Wallace sought to raise farm prices and supported the ever-normal granary concept.

Vice President John Nance Garner had broken with Roosevelt, so Roosevelt selected Wallace as his running mate in his bid for an unprecedented third term. The selection of ex-Republican, non-politician Wallace upset many delegates at the 1940 Democratic National Convention; Wallace was nominated only after Roosevelt threatened to decline the presidential nomination.

Roosevelt and Wallace won the 1940 election, and Wallace became Vice President. By 1944, Wallace had won over most of the Democratic "rank and file", but some key party leaders wanted him off the ticket. They persuaded Roosevelt to replace Wallace with Harry S. Truman…

Yes Henry Wallace was a non-politician who believed that America should have normal relations with Russia and for that he had to go.  Harry Truman was hand selected by the Deep State to replace the Progressive Vice President.  With Wallace out of the way, it was time to kill FDR.  From Reformation.org:

THE ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT!!

On March 30, 1945, President Roosevelt arrived in Warm Springs, Georgia, for a 2-week vacation. Just 12 days later he was assassinated by poisoning. The President was only 63-years-old.  Just like the assassination of our beloved President Lincoln, the fingerprints of the British Secret Service are all over this assassination . . . and its outcome…

Dr. Ross T. McIntire was the White House physician in charge of President's Roosevelt's health. Dr. McIntire predicted that the President would be a "different man" when he returned:

When Dr. Bruenn telephoned on Thursday, April 12, his report was most optimistic. The President had gained back eight of his lost pounds and was feeling so fit that he planned to attend an old-fashioned Georgia barbecue in the afternoon and a minstrel show that evening for the Foundation's patients. Every cause for anxiety seemed to have lifted, and given another lazy, restful week, there was no reason why he should not return to Washington on April 20 to greet the Regent of Iraq.

Navy admiral McIntire was in Washington City at that time, but the President's personal physician, a cardiologist named Dr. Howard Bruenn, was with the President in Warm Springs.  Nicholas Robbins (real name Nicholas Kotzubisky) was the driver and photographer for Elizabeth Shoumatoff. Roosevelt was having his portrait painted by Russian born artist Elizabeth Shoumatoff when he took a break for lunch:

At twenty minutes to one, Arthur Prettyman, the valet, came in and set a cup of gruel, a pitcher of cream, and a glass with a green fluid beside the president. FDR grimaced and without lifting his eyes from his reading, downed the latter, a vile concoction that was supposed to increase his appetite. Daisy got up, poured cream into the gruel, and mixed it. Franklin absently took a few mouthfuls, still absorbed in his papers.

After drinking the vile concoction, Roosevelt complained of a terrible headache.  Within minutes the President collapsed so Elizabeth called his physician, Navy commander Howard Bruenn. Doctors can be deadly and a medical assassination is a lot easier to hide than a bullet in the back of the head.

Twice more he (Dr. Bruenn) telephoned to Admiral McIntire. Once he left in the midst of the conversation with McIntire because George Fox called him. I felt that the end was fast approaching. Bruenn explained afterward that a few minutes before the President breathed his last, he and George Fox started artificial respiration and administered a stimulant.

William D. Hassett was Roosevelt's "confidential secretary" and he also was with the President during his last hours.  Hassett kept a diary and the President's last hours are symptomatic of cyanide poisoning…

Robbins, Shoumatoff, and Mercer were hustled out of the cottage by the U.S. Secret Service. Robbins and Shoumatoff returned to New York . . . while Mercer went to find her priest to obtain "absolution" after assassinating the President of the United States.

Violating Georgia state law, no autopsy was performed on the President, as his body was rushed back to Washington City for a quick funeral service, and then burial in Hyde Park, New York.  After poisoning, a human body emits a terrible odor and burial must be done rapidly . . . unless another body is substituted. The official cause of death was a cerebral hemorrhage.

From death to burial took only 70 hours!!  This must have been the fastest funeral of a President in the entire history of the nation…

There was deep mourning throughout the United States and the Allied nations....Among the Axis nations there was jubilation . . . and especially in Nazi Germany…

Joseph Stalin understood immediately that Roosevelt was murdered and that the agreements signed at Yalta between the Big Three would be null and void…  Stalin ordered an immediate all out assault on Berlin with absolutely no consideration for the casualties involved (about 80,000 Russians killed, 275,000 wounded). Berlin was finally taken by the Russians on May 2, 1945…

The parallels between the assassination of President Lincoln and President Roosevelt are remarkable. In both cases, a war of unprecedented destruction was ending, with the forces of evil on the retreat everywhere.

In both cases, the losers hoped to reverse the course of the war by assassinating the Commander-in-Chief and replacing him with their puppet. John Wilkes Booth was licensed to kill President Lincoln, and the British Secret Service had penetrated every single governmental department in Washington City.

Under the supervision of Sir William Stephenson, Roahl Dahl, Ian Fleming and Ivar Bryce were part of the vast Washington City spy ring.  In the U.S., MI6 set up a parallel spying organization called OSS (Office of Strategic Services) which later evolved in the CIA.  The "Father" of OSS was a Fenian named William "Wild Bill" Donovan.

After the war, Sir William Stephenson had all the top secret MI6 files trucked to Canada and burned without a trace…  No wonder MI6 went to such extraordinary lengths to hide the TRUTH.... If the American people ever found out that the British assassinated another President, that would be the end of the "special relationship."

Don’t you find it interesting that both Lincoln and Roosevelt were murdered because they were bringing “war of unprecedented destruction” to an end?  President John F. Kennedy was also opposed to the military industrial complex and the Vietnam War.  From Press TV:

Excerpt:

Why John F. Kennedy was assassinated

Former US President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by certain evil people residing in Washington because of his opposition to the Vietnam War and military-industrial complex, according to Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, who as a young man worked at the White House during the JFK administration.

Dr. Roberts, who was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration and associate editor of the Wall Street Journal, made the remarks in his latest article, titled When They Killed JFK They Killed America, published on Saturday.

“Kennedy intended to pull the US out of Vietnam once he was reelected. He intended to break up the CIA ‘into one thousand pieces’ and curtail the military-security complex that was exploiting the US budget,” he wrote.  “And that is why he was murdered. The evil that resides in Washington does not only kill foreign leaders who try to do the right thing, but also its own,” he added...

The President's Commission on the Assassination of Kennedy, known unofficially as the Warren Commission, was established by former President Lyndon B. Johnson in November 1963 to investigate the assassination of JFK.  The commission's final 888-page report released in September 1964 concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald acted entirely alone in assassinating President Kennedy…

“Oswald had nothing whatsoever to do with JFK’s assassination. That is why Oswald was himself assassinated inside the Dallas jail before he could be questioned,” Dr. Roberts wrote.  He said Kennedy was “assassinated because of anti-communist hysteria in the military and security agencies…”

“The Warren Commission was well aware of this. The coverup was necessary because America was locked into a Cold War with the Soviet Union. To put US military, CIA, and Secret Service personnel on trial for murdering the President of the United States would have shaken the confidence of the American people in their own government,” the scholar noted.

According to late Iranian journalist Hamid Golpira, “Three future US presidents, Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon, and George H.W. Bush, were in Dallas on November 22, 1963, the day Kennedy was assassinated…”

Many researchers say Israel also had a motive to kill Kennedy because the president was opposed to the regime's nuclear weapons program at Dimona which he believed could instigate a nuclear arms-race in the Middle East.  Kennedy encountered tensions with the Israelis regarding the production of nuclear materials in Dimona.

Israel resisted pressure by the Kennedy administration to open its nuclear facilities to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspections and misled American scientists who visited Dimona in 1962.

The Deep State with the assistance of the two corrupt parties believed they could control the elections in America after the 2000 coup.  In 2016 the both parties were saddled with candidates they did not want so it wouldn’t have mattered if Hillary had won, she would have been impeached and America would have had the Deep State’s Tim Kaine as President.

Donald Trump pledged to get America out of the endless trillion dollar wars and normalize relations with Russia.  The neocon extremists Pompeo and Bolton have usurped power from President Trump leaving him essentially neutered.  From State of the Nation

Neocon Bolton Behind Arrest of Chinese CFO to Enforce Sanctions on Iran and Sabotage Trade Talks

The article posted below in its entirety presents an excellent overview of what’s really going on with the shocking arrest of  Meng Wanzhou, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chair of Chinese telecoms giant Huawei.

BREAKING: CFO and Vice Chair of Chinese Telecom Giant Arrested “on suspicions that she violated US sanctions against Iran”

Extremely bad moves like this have the potential to start world wars.  Only a hardcore Neocon Zionist like NSA John Bolton would have the chutzpah to conduct such a transparent blackmail/coercion operation…

Not only did Bolton know about the arrest as he was meeting with the Chinese president, he was fully aware of the staggering geopolitical repercussions. China Outraged At Arrest Of Huawei CFO, Warns It Will “Take All Measures”

It appears that this all-out assault on China by the NWO neocon cabal is really about 3 things.

First, it shows the whole world that the unlawful U.S. sanction regime illegally enacted against Iran WILL BE ENFORCED—EVERYWHERE.  In other words, no President or Prime Minister, CEO or CFO, Vice President or Foreign Minister, COO or CIO will be safe from arrest and prosecution if there is so much as the slightest evidence that they have violated the American sanctions.  This exceedingly chilling message associated with apprehending the Chinese CFO is unprecedented in modern history.

Secondly, the neocons have signaled to the whole world that they own and operate the foreign policy of the Trump administration.  Not only did Bolton et al. completely wreck the fraught trade discussions between Trump and Jinping, the NWO perps sent another message that every nation must implement the Neocon agenda.  That agenda not only includes strict compliance with the dictates from the apartheid state of Israel, it also means not impeding the Greater Israel project.

Thirdly, the neocon perps of this transparent psyop are telling the global information technology industry that the American and British Intelligence Communities will not tolerate being denied access to any type of IT device.  Some of the key networks, hardware and software (e.g. 5G) produced by Huawei Technology had no back door for the NSA to penetrate.  This is why Huawei’s networks and technology are being unfairly banned in various nations.  With the coming of 5G networks, only CIA-approved technology will be approved so that the 5 Eyes can maintain their worldwide spying and surveillance regime.

The bottom line here is that trade wars always precede world wars. (World Wars Always Begin With Trades Wars)  With the slow motion collapse of the once Almighty Dollar, all global systems and transnational institutions closely associated with it are under direct threat, particularly the US and UK governments.

The Federal Reserve banksters know that their monopoly on the money supply and physical gold is dissolving by the day.  And, that the Western-dominated Global Economic and Financial System risks total breakdown once U.S. dollar-denominated debts and assets are decoupled.  As the petrodollar loses it world reserve currency status, the power and influence of the Anglo-American Axis likewise wanes.  And so it is.

However, empires do not die easily as the world is now witnessing. Even it means dragging the entire planetary civilization through a hot phase of World War III, the neocon warmongers will surely do it.  Unfortunately, a world war after an engineered stock market crash and monetary meltdown will greatly advance the New World Order agenda…

That has to be the most chilling part of that article “a world war after an engineered stock market crash and monetary meltdown” is planned to finish the New World Order.  And the news just keeps getting worse, John Bolton will now be filling the Trump Administration with the worst of the worst.  From Moon over Alabama:

Neocons Sabotage Trump’s Trade Talks – Huawei CFO Taken Hostage To Blackmail China

CNN reports that White House chief of staff John Kelly is expected to resign soon. There have been similar rumors before, but this time the news may actually be true. That is bad for Trump and U.S. policies. Kerry (sic) is one of the few counterweights to national security advisor John Bolton. His replacement will likely be whoever Bolton chooses. That will move control over Trump policies further into the hands of the neo-conservatives…

It was Bolton who a week ago intentionally damaged U.S. relations with China.

The U.S. Justice Department arranged for Canada to arrest the chief financial officer of Huawei, Meng Wanzhou, over alleged U.S. sanctions violations with regards to Iran… Meng Wanzhou is a daughter of the founder and main owner of Huawei, Ren Zhengfei, and was groomed to be his successor. The company is extremely well regarded in China. It is one its jewel pieces and, with 170,000 employees and $100 billion in revenues, an important political actor.

The arrest on December 1 happened while president Trump was negotiating with president Xi of China about trade relations. Trump did not know about the upcoming arrest but Bolton was informed of it:

While the Justice Department did brief the White House about the impending arrest, Mr. Trump was not told about it. And the subject did not come up at the dinner with Mr. Xi.  Mr. Trump’s national security adviser, John R. Bolton, said on NPR that he knew about the arrest in advance, ..

Bolton surely should have informed Trump before his dinner with Xi, in which Bolton took part, but he didn’t.  It was a trap. The arrest is a public slap in the face of China and to Xi personally. It will not be left unanswered. Whatever Trump may have agreed upon with Xi is now worthless. John Bolton intentionally sabotaged the talks and the U.S. relations with China…

The U.S. spy services and military do not like Huawei. They can no longer easily hack the equipment it sells. Convincing Cisco or some other U.S. company to leave back doors in their equipment is quite simple. One can always threaten the management or board of these companies with some tax investigation or over other shady activities. That is not so easy when the company is hosted in China. It requires the NSA and others to use more expensive efforts to reach their aim…

Meng Wanzhou, the arrested Huawei CFO, will have her bail hearing in Canada today. It is likely that she will fight her extradition to the United States. Staying in full compliance with U.S. sanctions is difficult and Huawei may indeed have not always done so. Then again – U.S. allegations of sanction violations can always be made up from hot air.  They are certainly not the real reason why Meng Wanzhou has come under fire. The White House even admitted such.

Meng Wanzhou was taken hostage to be used as leverage in China trade talks. The ‘leverage’ could also be used to push Huawei into providing the NSA with back doors to its equipment. This is the policy style of Somali pirates or Saudi clown princes. The ruthlessness of this blackmail operation is breath taking.

It is typical of neo-conservative behavior to use such extreme measures. Trump’s foreign policy is run by neo-conservatives and they are again, like when they faked intelligence to lay the grounds to invade Iraq, creating huge damage:

Melania was right when she told an interviewer in Africa that her husband is surrounded by enemies within his administration. These are people who either opposed him during the 2016 campaign season or who signed up early in the campaign with an expectation that they could get jobs in a Trump Administration and in both cases understood that a president not accustomed to thinking seriously about other than business hustle could be manipulated or deceived in pursuit of their own agenda rather than his or that of the “deplorables.

”These people are the neocon incubi and succubi who seek an even more dominant hegemonic role in the world for the US. They are out and out imperialists of a kind not seen since the time of McKinley and the US-Filipino War.

Bolton, Pompeo, his new helpmate Mary Kissel, dozens and dozens of Obama globalist holdovers, and people who find Trump’s boorish ways repulsive, they all are undermining the administration from within and Trump does nothing about it…

William Barr was just nominated as the new Attorney General. He already had that position during the G.W. Bush administration and believes in the ‘unitary executive’, the dictatorship of executive power.

Kelly is leaving. Bolton and Pompeo have Trump’s ear and will manipulate him into selecting one of their friends as Kelly’s replacement. Secretary of Defense Mattis is the next one to get kicked out. When all of Bolton’s selected persons are in place, U.S. foreign policy will become even more radical than it already is.

At the G20 Summit Trump was set up by Bolton and Pompeo.  Whatever was left of Trump’s MAGA agenda was blown up by the Deep State Swamp neocons.  From Gold Goats and Guns:

Excerpt:

Trump Folds at G-20 on Everything

I knew there was something wrong with Donald Trump’s presidency the day he bombed the airbase at Al-Shairat in Syria.  It was a turning point.  I knew it was a mistake the moment he did it and argued as such at the time.  No act by him was more contentious… That day he did something in the moment, with bad intelligence and let fly with tomahawks which Russian and Syrian air defenses misdirected and/or shot down.

Empty President

His goal was to show everyone there was a new, strong sheriff in town.  All it did was weaken him.  The neocons praised him as presidential.  They began to get their hooks in him then.

But truly, Trump was destroyed before he took office, giving up Michael Flynn, expelling Russian diplomats and compromising his cabinet picks.  Because making war is the only true test of a President to the laptop bombardiers who control foreign policy.  With that one act Trump’s days as an independent agent in D.C. were numbered.

And since then the hope has been that given the enormity of the opposition to his Presidency he was still fighting for what he campaigned on — no nation building, bring the empire home, protect the borders, and clean up the corruption.  He’s made a few minor changes but not enough to change the course of this country and, by extension, the world.

The people want this change.  Those with the power don’t.

G-20 Ghost

So here we are with a pathetic Trump outclassed at the G-20, a meeting he should dominate but instead is ushered around like a child, given poor earpieces and looking a little lost.  He’s only allowed to have one meeting of note by his handlers, with China’s Xi Jinping.  Because that meeting wasn’t going to end with anything damaging to the long-term plan.

Trump’s tariff game is tired and all it will do is hasten the demise of U.S. competitiveness in the very industries he wants us to be competitive in.  Because tariffs are a band-aid on the real problems of bureaucracy, corruption, waste and sloth within an economy.  They are not a product of China stealing our technology (though they have).

And that $1 trillion deficit Trump is running?  Music to the ears of the globalists who want the U.S. brought low. More military spending.  More boondoggles the banks can cut a nice big check to themselves for with funny money printed without risk. This can go on for a few more years until it doesn’t matter anymore.

Trump’s folding on meeting Putin is the final nail in his presidency’s coffin.  He’s not even allowed to make statements on this issue anymore.  That’s for Sarah Sanders, Mike Pomposity and John Bolt-head to do.  You know, the grown-ups in the room…

Trump needed to show some real moral courage and speak with Putin about the Kerch Strait incident like men, not sulk in the corner over a couple of ships. And yet his still throws his full support behind a butcher like Mohammed bin Salman because arms sales and Iran.

Putin, for his part, makes no bones about doing business with the Saudis.  He knows that bin Salman is creating a quagmire for Trump while driving the U.S. and European Deep State mad.  Hence: Putin refuses to apologize for thwarting our plans to overthrow him in Russia and steal Ukraine.

Time Enough to Win

For this Secretary of Defense James Mattis calls Putin, “A slow learner.”  This is a flat-out threat that Mattis has more coming Putin’s way.  But in fact, it is Mattis who is the slow learner since he still thinks Putin isn’t three steps ahead of him.  Which he is.

The game is all about time and money.  And thanks to Mattis and, yes, Trump, Putin will win the war of attrition he is playing.  Because that is what has been going on here from the beginning.  Iran, China and Russia know what the U.S. power brokers want and they knew Trump would always cave to them.  So, they knew exactly how to get Trump to over-commit to a strategy that cannot and will not ever come to fruition.

I warned that Trump’s blind-spot when it comes to Iran was his weakness.  I warned that he would eventually justify breaking every foreign policy promise to fulfill his plan to unite the Sunni world behind him and Israel by giving them Iran.

The End of the Beginning

Welcome to today.

And welcome to the end of Trump’s presidency because now he is pot-committed to regime change while the vultures circle him domestically.   He has become Bush the Lesser with arguably better hair.

He has alienated everyone the world over with sanctions and tariffs, hence his desire to “Get me out of here” as the G-20 wound down.  No one believes he matters anymore.  By tying himself to the Saudis and the Israelis the way he has he, the master negotiator, has left himself no room to negotiate.

And that is leading to everyone defying him versus cutting deals to carve up the world, end the empire and come home.  Trump is not leading here.  He is being led.  And change requires leaders.  He has been led down the path so many presidents have, more militarism, more empire.  Because when you’re the Emperor everyone is your enemy.  This is the paranoia of a late-stage imperial mindset.  It certainly is the mindset of Trump’s closest advisors — Mattis, Bolton and Pompeo.

So Trump’s “America First’ instincts, no matter how genuine, have been twisted into something worse than evil, they are now ineffectual keepers of the status quo fueling ruinous neoconservative dreams of central Asian dominance.

And he has no one to blame but himself.

Yep, DJT has only himself to blame.  When Bolton and Pompeo conspired behind his back to arrest Meng Wanzhou blowing up Trump’s deal with President Xi he should have fired them on the spot.  His presidency is over just as the presidency of FDR was over when he drank the poison and JFK’s was over when he took a bullet to the head.  FDR’s fate was sealed when he got rid of his Veep Henry Wallace, DJT’s fate was sealed when he got rid of General Flynn.

DJT is rhetorically as dead as FDR and JFK.  No one can trust him anymore.  Trump is in grave danger now, he passed the trillion dollar tax cuts, upped the military budget to a trillion, levied  tariffs against everyone and the neocons have taken over his administration.  He is no longer of any value or use to them the Deep State has neutered him.  Stick a fork in, he’s done and America she’s come undone.

A SWIFT kick in the pants: Belligerent neocon Bolton delivers blow to American dollar

Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest? ~ King Henry II:

Instead of Trump draining the swamp as he promised, the swamp appears to have drained Trump of his “America first” agenda.  Trump promised to end the belligerent foreign policy of the neocons and end the war-based economy that has destroyed the American way of life.  Trump the builder campaigned on rebuilding America’s infrastructure which has fallen into disrepair after years of tax cuts and war.  Trump spoke of how our airports and transportation modes are like that of third world countries.

Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the “hidden” confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights.” – Alan Greenspan, Gold and Economic Freedom (1968)

There’s no way Trump can Make America Great Again through deficit spending caused by trillions in tax cuts and trillions in spending on war.  Coupled with the insane policy of levying sanctions against anyone unwilling to give up their sovereignty and bend to the will of the neocons the world has begun to dump the dollar and abandon the SWIFT banking system that only serves the wants and needs of the globalists.

How is this making America great again?  John Bolton, one of the most extreme of the Bush neocons is now setting America’s foreign policy.  In September Bolton laid out his vision for a lawless America’s foreign policy.  From Foreign Policy Journal:

Excerpt:

Bolton’s Game: Clearing the Path for U.S. Geopolitical Primacy

The message from John Bolton’s denunciations of the ICC is that the US will not be subject to legal accountability for its violations international law.

To be sure, on September 10, John Bolton, Trump’s National Security Advisor, pushed all the thematic buttons that might be expected of a luncheon speaker invited to address the Federalist Society, long known as the ideological home of rabid advocates of the so-called ‘new sovereignty.’

The hallmark of this pre-Trump neocon law bastion of Scalia worshippers was their role in the career nurturing of such jurisprudential embarrassments as John Yoo and Jack Goldsmith—Yoo the notorious author of the torture memos and Goldsmith the public servant usually given credit for crafting an expert approval text validating ‘extreme rendition’ of CIA suspects to notorious ‘black sites,’ known around the world as safe havens for torture, surely a crude instance of ex parte criminal legalism…

John Bolton was the safest of choices as a featured speaker, having earned his Federalist Society credentials many times over.  He seems perversely proud of leading the unprecedented effort on behalf of George W. Bush in 2002 to ‘unsign’ the Rome Statute, the treaty that brought the International Criminal Court (ICC) into force in 2002, and now has 123 sovereign states as parties, including all NATO members except the U.S. and Turkey.

At the talk, Bolton paused to boast of orchestrating this unusual move to highlight and underscore this repudiation of the ICC by the Bush presidency, and in the process, of the crusading success of a transnational civil society movement and a coalition of moderate governments around the world to institutionalize individual accountability of political leaders and military commanders for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

It should be humiliating that such a global undertaking to strengthen international criminal law enforcement is regarded as posing a direct threat to Americans and governmental policy. It puts a preemptive twist on the previous reliance on “victors’ justice” to ensure that none of the Allied crimes during World War II would be subjected to legal scrutiny while the crimes of German and Japanese political leaders and military commanders were being prosecuted…

…even the supposedly liberal side of American political life has opted out of its earlier tradition of supporting the institutional development of the Rule of Law on a global level as an aspect of its commitment to the role of law and institutions as essential ingredients of a peaceful and just world order.

Congress removed any doubt as to its hostility toward the ICC when in 2002 it passed the American Service-Members’ Protection Act, authorizing the President to use all necessary means, even force, to prevent prosecution at The Hague of Americans accused of war crimes or crimes against humanity.  What is especially disturbing about such a slap at criminal accountability is the absence of slightest show of concern as to whether the allegations in a particular case were well grounded in evidence or not.

When Bolton alluded to this bit of ultra-nationalism, he appropriately noted that the legislation enjoyed bipartisan support, which suggests that the American posture of claiming ‘lawless geopolitics’ for itself is a fixed feature of world order for the seeable future no matter who occupies the Oval Office…

These are predictable sentiments, given the occasion and taking into account Bolton’s long advocacy of a militarist foreign policy that disregards the restraints of law, morality, and political prudence. It is the ethics and politics of this disregard that is Bolton’s real message.

We should be attentive to this real message hidden within the fiery ‘sovereignty first’ verbiage, which is that the geopolitical practices of the United States will not be subject to legal accountability no matter how flagrant the violation of fundamental norms might be in the future…

Such a self-serving geopolitical appropriation of international criminal law should not be confused with legitimate law, which presupposes that the rules, norms, and procedures apply to all relevant actors, the strong as well as the weak, the victors as well as the defeated, geopolitical wrongdoers as well their adversaries…

State-centric world order as beset by geopolitical rivalries is a blueprint for civilizational collapse in the 21st Century, and probably represents the worst possible way to uphold core sovereign rights and national interests over time.

What is still sadder is that the Bolton/Trump worldview, which seems so outlandish and anachronistic is not that extremist, compared to Democratic establishment approaches, when it comes to behavior…  As many have noted Hilary Clinton’s push toward a confrontation with Russia was more in keeping with Bolton’s preferred foreign policy than the more accommodationist proposals of Trump during his presidential campaign.

It is against such a background that I reach the lamentable conclusion that when it comes world peace and global justice, the Democratic Party establishment has little to offer when it comes to foreign policy, and may be more inclined to initiate wars and raise geopolitical tensions than even their reactionary and militarist Republican rivals…

It should be appreciated that contemporary international law, as embodied in Article 2(4) of the UN Charter forbids threats as well as uses of aggressive force.  Such a prohibition underlines the criminality of Bolton’s recent formulations of military threats directed at Iran: “I might imagine they [‘the mullahs of Tehran’] would take me seriously when I assure them today: If you cross us, our allies, or our partners; if you harm our citizens; if you continue to lie, cheat and deceive, yes, there will indeed be hell to pay.”

Such chilling words must be understood in the context of Bolton’s past advocacy of bombing Iran and of the Trump approach to the region that can be summarized in a few words: ‘do what Netanyahu wants.’

Even if war and aggression do not actually occur, and we must pray that they do not, this kind of geopolitical bullying by a leading official of a country that has up to one thousand military bases spread around the world should be criminalized, and not just criticized as intemperate.

Scary stuff.  A bullying foreign policy is not what Americans voted for when they voted for Donald Trump in 2016.  The foreign policy status quo offered by Hillary Clinton and all of Trump’s adversaries in the GOP primary, namely Jeb Bush, Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz was soundly rejected by the voters.

Those interventionist policies are what brought the world banking system to its knees in 2008.  By Trump turning America’s foreign policy over to Bolton and Pompeo, the dangers that existed in 2016 have become much worse in 2018 and war with Russia and China is becoming ever more likely.  The Bolton/Pompeo doctrine of attacking small weaker countries through sanctions has received condemnation across the globe.  From Mint Press:

Nations the World Over Disapprove of US Foreign Policy, Except for Israel
You don’t need a Pew poll to know which way the world thinks. But it is useful.

Last week, the United Nations General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to condemn the US embargo against Cuba. A total of 189 member-nations said Cuba did not deserve this embargo, which began in 1961 and has continued unabated to this day. Only two countries – the United States and Israel – voted against the motion. No country abstained.

Cuba’s minister for foreign affairs, Bruno Eduardo Rodríguez Parrilla, has said the US embargo has cost the small socialist island state upwards of US$933.678 billion, with the losses in the past year amounting to $4.3 billion (twice the amount of foreign direct investment into the island). This embargo, Rodríguez Parrilla said as he put the resolution forward, is an “act of genocide” against Cuba and its people.

The Group of 77 and the Non-Aligned Movement – both important groupings of the Global South – as well as regional groupings from Africa to Latin America backed the resolution. China’s representative to the UN, Ma Zhaoxu, made the case that the US embargo on Cuba prevented the island from meeting its obligations to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Last year, the United States strengthened the embargo with an attack on the tourism sector (83 hotels were placed on the banned list). It is likely that President Donald Trump’s administration will deepen its assault on Cuba.

Threats by the United States did not convert the vote of otherwise reliable US allies. Each year since 1992 a resolution of this kind has come before the UN General Assembly. Each year the world has overwhelmingly voted against the US embargo. This year was no different.

But it is useful. Last month, Pew Research Center released a poll that looked at the image of Donald Trump and the United States in 25 countries around the world. In most countries, neither Trump nor the United States come off well…

Beyond the Pew poll, it is evident from the atmosphere in the United Nations that the countries of the world – even close US allies – fear US policy on a number of issues. Cuba is a canary in the coal mine. But even clearer is the US policy of ramping up sanctions against Iran…

World does not want to strangle Iran

As the new US sanctions regime went into place against Iran, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters in Ankara, “US sanctions on Iran are wrong. For us, they are steps aimed at unbalancing the world. We don’t want to live in an imperialist world.”

Erdogan is not alone here. Even countries with close ties to the United States, such as India and Japan, are against the sanctions. They may not use words like “imperialist,” but their actions clearly bristle at the heavy-handedness of the US government when it comes to its use of instruments such as financial sanctions.

It was clear that China was never going to honor the new US sanctions on Iran. Nor were Turkey and Iraq, and nor were the three large economies of Asia that rely on Iranian oil (India, Japan and South Korea). No wonder the United States gave these countries waivers to the sanctions.

Some countries, including India and Japan, have been discussing the need for an alternative financial system so that they can do trade with countries that are sanctioned by the United States. They do not believe that the US should be allowed to suffocate world trade through its control over banking systems and through the world’s reliance on the dollar. Pressure to build alternatives no longer comes from the margins; it comes from Tokyo and New Delhi, from Frankfurt and Seoul…

Just as the US sanctions went into place against Iran, Ahmad Reshad Popal, director general of Afghanistan’s Customs Department, opened the Farah crossing to Iranian goods – a snub to US policy. Even Afghanistan, virtually under US occupation, cannot abide by the US policy on Iran. Nor even can the NATO troops in Afghanistan, whose trucks are fueled in part by Iranian oil.

World does not want ‘Iraq war’ in Latin America

George W Bush used the term “axis of evil” to lump together Iran, Iraq and North Korea. Of the three, the US was only able to go to war against Iraq, in 2003. Pressure for regime change in North Korea was held back by its nuclear-weapons program, while pressure for regime change in Iran continues.

Donald Trump has now come up with a new term – “troika of tyranny,” which comprises Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. In Miami, Trump’s close adviser John Bolton gave a speech where he inaugurated this term.

He spoke of the right-wing turn in Latin America and the isolation – as far as he was concerned – of socialist governments. Bolton celebrated the election of men such as Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil and Ivan Duque in Colombia, men who he said were committed to “free-market principles and open, transparent, and accountable governance.” No mention here of the grotesque views of Bolsonaro or the militarism of both men.

Bolton called the leaders of Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela “strongmen.” But there is no more “clownish, pitiful” figure – to borrow from Bolton – than Bolsonaro, no more authoritarian heads of government than Bolsonaro, Duque and Trump. Duque has taken Colombia into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, a sign that the Colombian military will now answer more to Washington than to the Colombian people.

In his speech, Bolton threatened the governments in Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Trump’s administration, he said, “is taking direct action against all three regimes” – “direct action” a key phrase here…

Ever since Hugo Chavez came to power in Venezuela, the US has tried to overthrow the Bolivarian Revolution that he inaugurated. A failed coup in 2002 was followed up by various forms of intimidation and sanctions. In 2015, US president Barack Obama declared that Venezuela was an “extraordinary threat to US security” and slapped sanctions on the country. It is this policy that Trump has since continued.

Itchy fingers in the Trump administration are eager to start a shooting war somewhere in Latin America – either Cuba, Nicaragua or Venezuela. The appetite for this is not there in the United Nations. Nor is it shared in Latin America. But that has never stopped the United States.

Disregard for world opinion as well as the opinion of the US citizenry defines the US government. Thirty-six million people around the world, half a million of them in New York City, protested on February 15, 2003, in an attempt to prevent the US war on Iraq. George W Bush did not pay attention to them. Nor will Trump.

Last August, Trump asked his advisers why the US couldn’t just invade Venezuela. The next day, on August 11, 2017, he said he was considering the “military option” for Venezuela. At a private dinner with four Latin American allies, Trump asked if they wanted the US to invade Venezuela. Each of them said no.

Not sure if their opinions count.

What happened to the noninterventionist Donald Trump we elected in 2016?  One thing is certain, John Bolton should never be allowed near America’s foreign policy, the man is dangerous.  Now Bolton is endangering the U.S. Dollar with these insane sanctions and that will be bad for America and likely end up in crashing the U.S. economy.  From Tom Luongo at Russia Insider:

Russia's Alternative to SWIFT Already Has Market Majority in Russia Change came swiftly

During the ruble crisis of 2014/15 Russia announced in the wake of U.S. and European sanctions over reunifying with Crimea that it would begin building a domestic electronic financial transfer system, an alternative to SWIFT.

That system, System for Transfer of Financial Messages (SPFS), is not only now functioning in Russia, according to a report from RT it now handles the financial transfer data for more than half of Russia’s institutions.

According to Anatoly Aksakov, head of the Russian parliamentary committee on financial markets:  The number of users of our internal financial messages’ transfer system is now greater than that of those using SWIFT. We’re already holding talks with China, Iran and Turkey, along with several other countries, on linking our system with their systems,” Aksakov said…

This is a follow up to last month’s boast by the Russians that their system was seeing a lot of international interest.  How much of this is boast and how much of it is reality remains to be seen, but the important point here is that the minute the U.S. weaponized SWIFT for use in its foreign policy, something like this was bound to occur.

China has its own internal system.  And other countries are building theirs as well.

The SWIFT Cost

A common theme on this blog is that control is an illusion.  Power is ephemeral.  The best way to exercise your power is to have it but never use it.  Because once you do use it you define for your enemies the costs of their lack of compliance to your edicts.  And if there is one thing humans are good at it is responding to known incentives.  Once we can calculate the cost of one behavior over another we can then decide which one is more important to us.

Once costs of staying in SWIFT rise above the benefits of building your own alternative, you build an alternative…

SWIFT is a monopoly system, a monopoly born of convenience and inertia thanks to it being neutral to whims of international political spats.  Enter the late stage of imperial thinking in the U.S. where our control over world affairs is waning first in the hearts and minds of various people around the world and then in policy and you have the beginning of the end of SWIFT as the only international financial transfer system…

Then Iran was cut out of SWIFT in 2012 to effect regime change which also failed.  And that woke the world up to the reality.  The U.S. and Europe will attempt to destroy your livelihood if you dare oppose its unilateral demands.

Our political and financial elites, The Davos Crowd, will stop at literally nothing to ensure your compliance.  Too bad that SWIFT is just code.  It’s just an encrypted messaging system.  And like the push to stifle alternative voices on social media — de-platforming Alex Jones and Gab for examples — the solution to authoritarian control is not fighting fire with fire, but technology.  And that’s exactly what Russia has done.  They applied themselves, spent the money and wrote their own code.  Code is, after all, hard to control…

De-coding SWIFT’s Power…

As Russian banks and businesses reap the benefits of no longer existing under SWIFT’s Sword of Damocles, others will see the same benefits.  I’ve been making this point all year, the more the Trump administration uses tariffs and sanctions to achieve its political goals the more it will ultimately weaken the U.S.’s position worldwide.  It won’t happen overnight.

It will build, gradually, steadily until one day the threat will no longer be there.

We may have already reached that moment as President Trump has ruled out pressuring SWIFT to cut Iran out of the system.  Too bad his evil Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin doesn’t agree with him.  But, Mnuchin is living in the past, he doesn’t respect the resistance that’s forming to U.S. financial hegemony.  He will though when it proves ineffectual.

Russia’s SPFS will gain clients across Iran, Turkey, China and the rest of its close trading partners.  This will accelerate the de-dollarization of Russia’s main trade, hydrocarbons, since many of these countries are major buyers of Russian oil.  When you hear the announcement from a German bank under sanctions from the U.S. for trading in Russian energy that it will use SPFS as its transfer system, that will be the real wake up call to the markets.

Change then will comes, forgive the obvious pun, swiftly.

The Trump Administration’s ninety degree turn on foreign policy since the takeover by the Deep State toadies John Bolton and Mike Pompeo has gone from outreach and cooperation to belligerence and isolation in just two short years.  President Donald Trump was elected on a platform of abandoning the Dark Ages foreign policy of the Bush/Obama years in favor of enlightened modern-day era cooperation and outreach.

What Bolton and Pompeo have ushered in has been just the opposite, a plunge deeper into the darkness than that of either Bush or Obama.  The question is, will Trump continue to allow these Neanderthals to destroy America or will he take charge and revert to his gut instincts.

Trump was wise enough during his campaign to recognize the dangers of the policies of Obama and Bush before him, but will he act or will America get a SWIFT kick in the pants?  The Khashoggi incident places America in an even more precarious predicament from the standpoint of levying sanctions against Iran.  From Strategic Culture:

The Untouchable US-Saudi Relation Is a Core Element of US Imperialism

Nixon’s decision in 1971 to withdraw the United States from the gold standard greatly influenced the future direction of humanity. The US dollar rose in importance from the mid-1950s to become the world reserve currency as a result of the need for countries to use the dollar in trade. One of the most consumed commodities in the world is oil, and as is well known, the price is set by OPEC in US dollars, with this organization being strongly influenced by Saudi Arabia.

It is therefore towards Riyadh that we must look in order to understand the workings of the petrodollar. After the dollar was withdrawn from the gold standard, Washington made an arrangement with Riyadh to price oil solely in dollars. In return, the Saudis received protection and were granted a free hand in the region. This decision forced the rest of the world to hold a high amount of US dollars in their currency reserves, requiring the purchase of US treasuries.

The relationship between the US dollar and oil breathed new life to this currency, placing it at the centre of the global financial and economic system. This privileged role enjoyed by the dollar allowed the United States to finance its economy through the simple process of printing its fiat currency, relying on its credibility and supported by the petrodollar that required other countries to store reserves of US treasuries in their basket of currencies…

In other words, as long as the US continues to maintain its dominance of the global financial and economic system, thanks to the dollar, its supremacy as a world superpower is hardly questioned. To maintain this influence on the currency markets and the special-drawing rights (SDR) basket, the pricing of oil in US dollars is crucial. This explains, at least partially, the impossibility of scaling down the relationship between Washington and Riyadh.

Nobody should delude themselves into believing that this is the only reason why Saudi-US relations are important. Washington is swimming in the money showered by Saudi lobbies, and it is doubtful that those on the receiving end of such largesse will want to make the party stop…

Ever since Donald Trump took over the White House, the process of de-dollarization that begun during the Obama era has only accelerated. With the unprecedented move in 2012 to remove Iran from the SWIFT international banking system, a dangerous precedent had been set that acted as a warning to the rest of the world. The United States revealed itself as willing to abuse its dominant position by wielding the dollar as a weapon against geopolitical adversaries.

The consequences of that action continue to be felt today. Many within the Western elite have come to recognize this mistake and are regretting it. Russia and China understood that they were next on the chopping block and set about creating alternative payment systems like CIPS that would serve to act as a backup system in case Washington tried to exclude Moscow and Beijing from the SWIFT system…

The average citizen, seeing Bernanke and Draghi on TV talking about "unprecedented actions to save the system", felt reassured, and therefore felt their money remained safe, in banks or in US dollars. The next financial crisis – potentially the worst ever – is likely to be caused by either the raising of interest rates by the Fed and other central banks, or from the popping of one of the numerous debt bubbles around.

The central point is that the citizens’ belief in the system will be put to the test because, as Draghi said, "[this weapon of QE] can be used only once". There is no protection for banks and speculative entities that could be in debt to the tune of many billions of dollars with no chance of survival.

With a view of to the possible collapse of the dollar-based financial system, several countries are selling their US government bonds, reducing their exposure and accumulating gold. This involves not just China and Russia, but even the European Union…

If Saudi Arabia were really convinced of the innocence of MBS in the Khashoggi affair, it could use this situation to its advantage by reducing the role of Washington in its foreign policy. Turning to the east and increasing partnerships with China and Russia would have beneficial effects on the whole region, as well as reducing the importance of the United States in the world.

The biggest mistake made by Donald Trump since his election is to embrace the Bush neocons and their failed foreign policy instead of draining the swamp.  John Bolton is the worst of the worst, never learning from his mistakes.  He has an ideological foreign policy that never changes when circumstances change, he is a coward.  From Strategic Culture:

Excerpt:

Bolton Lacks Stones More Than Olives

The biggest warmongers are generally the biggest cowards. They hide behind rhetoric and other people’s blood, sweat and toil to advance their personal agenda. John Bolton’s arrival in Moscow with, as he said, “no olive branches” in hand, should come as zero surprise because Bolton is nothing if not a coward.

Warmongers like Bolton bomb, invade and ruin some poor country that is in their way, the entire time claiming they themselves, or the people they represent, are the victim.

It’s vain and narcissistic.

US foreign policy is suffused with the neoconservative strain of narcissism, an offshoot of Trotskyite interventionism, which sees everything in Manichean terms.  You are either our friend, and in the case of the US Empire subservient to our needs, or you are our enemy.

When Bolton is talking about taking us out of the UN I think he’s useful. When he’s arguing for a freer hand in developing ballistic missiles I think he’s a danger to humanity.  This is how National Security Advisor John Bolton sees the world. It’s not tough to parse in the end. And the sad truth is that this is likely exactly why he was hired by President Trump.

Bolton has been shaping US foreign policy along these lines for decades. He is one of the architects of the disastrous Iraq and Afghanistan wars as well as the post 9/11 surveillance state. He’s a cheap shill for Israeli expansionism and continues to argue against peace in North Korea, Japan and Syria.

Like Bolton, Trump is a bully; a fundamentally weak person who blusters and blows hard in service of a simplified narrative of good and evil. America good and anyone who disagrees with her, bad.  When it comes to foreign policy the Trump Administration looks an awful lot like a those SJW NPC’s memes on Twitter.

Make no mistake, in Bolton’s case, his agenda is born of spite, hate and opportunity. Trump, on the other hand, I’m not so sure about. It is one of the few things leaving me with some hope in all of this.  While John Bolton may be a US patriot, his brand of patriotism is of the most toxic variety. It is one where everyone else has to suffer to advance America.

It is a Hobbesian view of the world in which for the US to win, everyone else has to lose. Because without the US, the Superman of Human Society, the world would sink into barbarism.  At the end of the day paranoid schizophrenics like Bolton see threats to their well-being everywhere. They can only see the world through the lens of nation-state power politics.  Meanwhile the world is thrown off its axis and decent people must suffer for Bolton’s ends which always justify the means no matter the disastrous results.

Think about the millions who continue to suffer because of his view of Iran. Real Iranians are beneath contempt because they won’t overthrow the Theocracy on John Bolton’s timeline. He exemplifies the adage that the beatings will continue until morale improves. People like Bolton believe some people’s lives are worth more than others.

Theirs is a solipsism so complete that anyone who refuses to throw off the yoke of their ‘oppressors’ deserve whatever fate true-believers and cowards like Bolton concoct for them. They are simply collateral damage on the way to building a better world.  This is why I invoke Trotsky when I speak about neocons. People like Bolton are “Commies” who don’t realize it.

Bolton’s pushing President Trump to renege on the 1987 INF Treaty with Russia is born of his paranoia about China. China is the US’s real threat.  So, while Bolton has never met a war he didn’t like he also hasn’t ever met a treaty the US has signed he did like…

If the US government is to have a role in foreign affairs it should be to sign treaties with other nations that limit the kind of damage people like John Bolton can do. And ones which limit the use and development of truly terrifying weapons should be lauded not thrown aside at the first opportunity.

The US and Russia should be leading the world on this front towards cooperation and peace. Putin would welcome that dialogue. His call to Japan to sign a peace treaty first then work out the territorial dispute over the Kuril Islands is a perfect example of this. To Putin, rightly, trust is built with agreements over the easy stuff first then you work on the hard stuff. Bolton wants it all his way or he wants to take his toys and go home.

Typical narcissist. Typical bully.

There should be a dialogue with China and any other country developing the missiles banned by the treaty that both Bolton and Putin are bound by. If limiting nuclear weapons is Trump’s goal why is he pulling out of this treaty rather than organizing summits?

Why is his State Dept. so unutterably backwards that it won’t even pick up the phone to talk with Iran?

By springing this on the world at this moment Bolton and Trump are signaling to everyone that they are simply weak-minded bullies who have neither the patience nor the temperament to confront difficult problems in constructive ways.

And in his interaction with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Bolton confirmed Putin’s suspicions that there will be no olive branches offered to Russia while he’s on the job, only more belligerence and posturing by cowards who threaten and demean, bully and provoke hoping to get what they want.

But when men like Bolton are confronted with men like Putin who see them for what they truly are, they always walk away empty handed and outmaneuvered.

Putin is the opposite of Bolton.

No one will make a deal with the US as long as John Bolton is on the scene. And now Trump is rightfully under attack for continuing to back both Israel and Saudi Arabia, neither one bastions of temperance and tolerance.  Both are increasingly seen as brutal and intractable to the rest of the world, including, finally the US electorate.

The shaky edifice of Trump’s foreign policy goals of isolating Iran, driving a wedge between Russia and China and securing a subservient Europe via NATO is failing.  The exact opposite is happening.

So, unless Trump’s prepared to meet Putin with a whole lot of olives when next they meet (presumably in November) the best he can hope for is a handful full of stones.

Amen, America deserves more than a neocon coward as our foreign policy face for the world.  President Trump, I implore you rid yourself of this meddlesome priest, and open communications with Russia and the world to end these endless trillion dollar wars.  You said it yourself, America doesn’t win war anymore.  What is the point?

Restore our infrastructure like you promised, build up state-of-the-art airports, rail transportation and restore our treasury before it’s too late.  Mr. President you said to vote for you, asking “what do you have to lose?”  What we have to lose is our country, our homes, our children, our treasury, our way of life.  You promised to “Make America Great Again”, well you can’t achieve greatness through trillion dollar tax cuts and trillion dollar wars.  Please keep your promise and drain that swamp.  Don’t deliver America a SWIFT kick in the pants from which it will not recover.

Itching for war, Deep State’s Haley, McMaster and Pompeo plot ouster of peacemaker Tillerson

The position of Secretary of State is a unique one.  The SOS has a position that is more powerful than the Vice President as the position is almost a co-presidency.  America’s top diplomat advises the president on issues of foreign policy, but in the end advances the president’s agenda.  Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who is not a political insider has been the victim of a concerted effort to oust him by a consortium Washington elite.

The Deep State is itching for war, and their warmongering minions, UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster and CIA Director Mike Pompeo are now vying for the coveted position of Secretary of State.  After the ouster of President Trump’s National Security Advisor, General Mike Flynn, his replacement H.R. McMaster purged the NSA of Flynn’s advisors.  H.R. McMaster has surrounded himself with Obama holdovers whose mission is to thwart the agenda of the President Trump and the American people.  From Miami Herald:

Washington loves Gen. McMaster, but Trump does not

For the Washington establishment, President Trump’s decision to make General H.R. McMaster his national security adviser in February was a masterstroke…

But inside the White House, the McMaster pick has not gone over well with the one man who matters most. White House officials tell me Trump himself has clashed with McMaster in front of his staff. On policy, the faction of the White House loyal to senior strategist Steve Bannon is convinced McMaster is trying to trick the president into the kind of nation-building that Trump campaigned against…

Trump has complained in front of McMaster in intelligence briefings about “the general undermining my policy,” according to two White House officials…

The roots of the McMaster-Trump tensions begin in February, when the general was hired after his first meeting with the president. McMaster replaced another general, Michael Flynn. Both Vice President Mike Pence and Priebus supported getting rid of Flynn.   Trump himself has defended Flynn publicly…

For a president who puts so much value in personal relationships and loyalty, Flynn’s departure was a blow…

Then Trump’s inner circle began clashing with McMaster over personnel. This began with Ezra Cohen Watnick, who remains the senior director for intelligence at the National Security Council. McMaster initially sided with the CIA and wanted to remove this Flynn appointee from his position, but eventually McMaster changed his mind…

That dispute was followed by a bigger one. Bannon and Trump, according to White House officials, pressed McMaster to fire a list of Obama holdovers at the National Security Council who were suspected of leaking to the press… The list of names was compiled by Derek Harvey, a former Defense Intelligence Agency colonel who was initially hired by Flynn. McMaster balked. He refused to fire anyone…

And finally, the White House chief of staff himself blocked McMaster this month from hiring Brigadier Gen. Ricky Waddell as his deputy…

The CIA controlled media has escalated the calls for Tillerson’s removal citing ANONYMOUS sources in the “Moron-gate” investigation.  Moron-gate is a creation of Fake News designed to drive a wedge between President Trump and his pacifistic Secretary of State opening the door for a GOP warmongering insider to take over.  From The Daily Beast:

Excerpt:

White House Aides Wanted Rex Tillerson to Resign for Calling Trump a ‘Fucking Moron’

The Secretary of State has few allies inside 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But he and Trump soldier on in a loveless marriage.  As Secretary of State Rex Tillerson took to the microphones Wednesday morning to address reports that he had called his boss, President Donald Trump, a “fucking moron,” aides in the White House held out hope that he would offer his resignation.

Tillerson didn’t deny having questioned the president’s intellectual capacities. But he insisted that he wasn’t going anywhere either, much to the chagrin of three White House officials who vented to The Daily Beast in real time about how they wished he would “just leave,” as one put it.

“In a perfect world” he would have quit right then and there, another said.  The wish of certain White House officials to be rid of Tillerson is not confined to a select few inside the walls of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. It is a sentiment shared among many in senior staff that has been building for months...

The latest point of tension between the White House and Tillerson came early Wednesday morning, when NBC News reported that Tillerson had strongly considered resigning over Trump’s July speech to the annual jamboree of the Boy Scouts of America…

The report also detailed that Tillerson had called Trump a “moron;” … and that the Secretary of State had questioned U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley’s utility in the administration…

According to five senior Trump administration officials, current and former… it had been gossip within the White House that Tillerson had called Trump a “moron” or an “idiot” during an official meeting over the summer.  Trump… tweeted repeatedly that it was a “fake” story and repeated the claim during a stop in Las Vegas to visit the site of the country’s deadliest mass shooting in recent history…

Tillerson has also frequently clashed with White House staffers…   and he has butted heads with Stephen Miller, the conservative senior policy adviser…

Widespread antipathy to Tillerson in the West Wing represents “a rapid deterioration of [his] relationship with the White House,” THE EX-OFFICIAL SAID. Just months ago, “Rex was [the] cabinet official you most often saw on public schedule meetings with the president.”

Unfortunately Steve Bannon is no longer in the White House as a voice of reason against the Washington war mongering juggernaut.  With General Flynn and Steve Bannon ousted from the Trump White House, President Trump is surrounded by a constant barrage from the CIA and the Generals.  From TheIntercept:

$21 Trillion Missing – U.S. Government a Criminal Enterprise – Catherine Austin Fitts

Investment advisor and former Assistant Secretary of Housing Catherine Austin Fitts says you can add $21 trillion of missing federal money on top of the $20 trillion U.S. deficit. It’s all in a new explosive report on Solari.com.  Fitts explains, “This is $65,000 for every man, woman and child resident in America...  We know that the U.S. government has been run like a criminal enterprise from a financial standpoint…”

The missing money is called “undocumentable adjustments,” but that may just be a polite name for theft, fraud and crime against “We the People…”  They have done that by basically hijacking the federal credit and using it to help centralize power under them.

So, we have to reverse that, and the Constitution is the tool to hold them accountable.  All their arguments just fall down when you realize they have just stolen an enormous amount of money from the federal government outside the law. . . . The U.S. Federal government doesn’t have information sovereignty, and it doesn’t have financial sovereignty.  So, we have to return it to that, and we have to keep that mechanism open long enough to get this money back.”

Fitts contends the Deep State swamp creatures do not want to give the money back and want to tear up the U.S. Constitution in order to keep all those trillions of stolen dollars…  “You want to preserve the Constitution because you want to have individual sovereignty, and you want your taxes to only go into things that have financial and national sovereignty…

They say we have $20 trillion in debt, and there is no money.  It’s a very different policy discussion if I can say, wait a minute, there’s $20 trillion in debt, but you stole $21 trillion . . . and we’re putting that back on the table for purposes of this policy discussion.”

In other words, “We the People” could pay off the entire federal deficit with the money that was stolen and still have $1 trillion left over.

Fitts also says, “Here’s the magic trick. You don’t need everybody to change this.  It only takes 5% to 10% of the population to completely turn this around.  It doesn’t take everybody, and that is one of the things that has got them so scared. . . . We don’t need to implode the federal government.  We need to take it back, clean it up and get it to run according to the law.”

So where did the $21 trillion congress stole go?  Into the shadow government set up after the 911 attacks.  Sure the shadow government existed before, but in 2000 during the recount of the Presidential election, the US Senate deregulated the insurance industry and derivatives trading causing the 2008 banking meltdown and the transfer of trillions of dollars from the Federal Reserve into the shadow government.  From Vanity Fair:

WASHINGTON’S $8 BILLION SHADOW

Mega-contractors such as Halliburton and Bechtel supply the government with brawn. But the biggest, most powerful of the “body shops”—SAIC, which employs 44,000 people and took in $8 billion last year—sells brainpower, including a lot of the “expertise” behind the Iraq war…

… the largest government contractor you’ve never heard of: a company known simply by the nondescript initials SAIC (for Science Applications International Corporation)…  SAIC maintains its headquarters in San Diego, but its center of gravity is in Washington, D.C.

With a workforce of 44,000, it is the size of a full-fledged government agency—in fact, it is larger than the departments of Labor, Energy, and Housing and Urban Development combined.

Its anonymous glass-and-steel Washington office—a gleaming corporate box like any other—lies in northern Virginia, not far from the headquarters of the C.I.A., whose byways it knows quite well…   SAIC has been awarded more individual government contracts than any other private company in America.

The contracts number… in the thousands: SAIC currently holds some 9,000 active federal contracts in all. More than a hundred of them are worth upwards of $10 million apiece. Two of them are worth more than $1 billion.

The company’s annual revenues, almost all of which come from the federal government, approached $8 billion in the 2006 fiscal year, and they are continuing to climb. SAIC’s goal is to reach as much as $12 billion in revenues by 2008. As for the financial yardstick that really gets Wall Street’s attention—profitability—SAIC beats the S&P 500 average…

To get some idea of the scale: contractors absorb the taxes paid by everyone in America with incomes under $100,000. In other words, more than 90 percent of all taxpayers might as well remit everything they owe directly to SAIC or some other contractor rather than to the IRS…

An SAIC executive once gave a press interview and referred to the enterprise as a “stealth company,” a characterization that is accurate and that has stuck. “Nobody knows who they are…”

Which is all the more remarkable in light of two developments. The first is a mounting collection of government audits and lawsuits brought by former employees for a variety of reasons, some of them personal and some coming under federal whistle-blower statutes…

The second development is that several of SAIC’s biggest projects have turned out to be colossal failures…   One involves the National Security Agency, America’s intelligence-gathering “electronic ear” and for many years SAIC’s biggest customer…  Four years and more than a billion dollars later, the effort has been abandoned…  Happily for SAIC…  The company has been awarded the contract for a revised Trailblazer…  The contract is worth $361 million.

Another failed effort involves the F.B.I., which paid SAIC $124 million to bring the bureau, whose computer systems are among the most primitive in American law enforcement, into at least the late 20th century…  Three years and a million lines of garbled computer code later, V.C.F. has been written off by a global publication for technology professionals as “the most highly publicized software failure in history…”

Much to the embarrassment of a company entrusted with some of the nation’s most precious secrets, its San Diego offices were mysteriously burgled in January of 2005… burglars managed to break into SAIC’s headquarters, pry open 13 private offices, and walk out with one desktop-computer hard drive and four laptops.

By SAIC’s account, the computers contained personal data on thousands of present and past employees, presumably including the company’s many former C.I.A. operatives, N.S.A. executives, and Pentagon officials. To date, the burglary remains unsolved.

With all the war mongering and money making there is one faction that the neocons and neoliberals just don’t care about, that is our military members and their families.  From Geopolitics:

No Wonder US Forces in Morale Crisis

The spate of deadly US Navy collisions is a symptom of a wider morale crisis among American military forces. Part of the reason is that American troops are simply exhausted from being abused by political masters in Washington.

“Over-stretch” is one way of putting it. American forces continue to be assigned in overseas wars and operations around the globe with no end in sight. And for no credible purpose either.

This is not just a Navy problem. It affects all other branches of the US military: Army, Air Force, the Marines and National Guard.  When President Donald Trump announced his brazen U-turn sending more American troops back to Afghanistan, the move had the backing of the Pentagon’s top brass. No doubt stock prices for US arms manufacturers spiked.

But what about ordinary American soldiers? One can imagine renewed Afghan missions are not welcome, given that the US has been fighting its longest war – 16 years – in that country known as the “Graveyard of Empires.”

Any army is only as good as the morale among soldiers. Morale depends on having a respected leadership and a credible just cause. In America’s case, there are neither of these attributes, therefore it is no surprise that morale diminishes, as does fighting effectiveness. Look at the appalling record of US military defeats or failures…

American troops no doubt know what’s going down on the ground. They will know that the Pentagon and CIA are arming and training terrorist death squads in Syria, Iraq, and, yes, Afghanistan.

I would like to tell our military members that help is on the way but I can’t.  The Deep State is itching for war, and if successful in strong arming Tillerson out as Secretary of State war is inevitable.  CIA Director Pompeo is the popular choice among the CIA controlled media.  Pompeo is the ideal choice for the Deep State, given his views Pompeo will be more than happy to scratch that itch.  From Stephen Lendman:

Excerpt:

Neocon CIA Director Pompeo’s Venom

The agency operates unaccountably, its diabolical agenda incompatible with democratic values and rule of law principles.  It’s mostly a global Mafia hit squad. Its unchecked power threatens everyone. As long as it exists, no one anywhere is safe.

Imperialism is tyranny by another name. The CIA acts as its enforcer. America is the United States of Amnesia, learning nothing from its imperial history, repeating the same mistakes, ordinary people at home and abroad suffering most.

Pompeo is the latest in a long line of rogue CIA directors. At an Aspen, Colorado security summit last week, he substituted venom and fiction for truth-telling.

Pompeo: “ The agency, along with our great partners from DOD and foreign partners are working diligently to defeat ISIS in” the Middle East.

Fact: Washington created and supports ISIS and likeminded terrorist groups, using them as imperial foot soldiers, the CIA heavily involved in arming, funding, training and directing their fighters.

Pompeo: “Iran is the world’s largest state sponsor of terror, and they now have a significant foothold in Syria.”

Fact: Iran is the region’s leading proponent of peace and stability. It’s aiding its Syria ally combat the scourge of US-supported terrorism…

Pompeo: “America’s interests (involve) providing the conditions (for) a more stable Middle East.”

Fact: America pursues its “interests” by raping and destroying one country after another in the region and elsewhere.

Pompeo: “Assad is not a stabilizing influence in Syria…(I)t is difficult to imagine a stable Syria that still has (him) in power.”  “He is a puppet of the Iranians and therefore it seems an unlikely situation where Assad will be sitting on the throne and America’s interests will be well served.”

Fact: Assad is overwhelmingly supported by Syrians, wanting no one else leading them.

Pompeo: Russia’s interest in Syria is to have “a warm water naval port, and they love to stick it to America.”

Fact: Russian/Syrian relations go back decades. They “stick it” to no other country. America “stick(s) it” to everybody everywhere.

Pompeo: Asked if Russia pursues a serious anti-ISIS strategy, Pompeo said “(no).”

Fact: Russia is smashing ISIS, driving Pompeo and other neocons in Washington nuts for defeating its imperial agenda in Syria.

Pompeo: “…America has an obligation to push back against” Russia.

Fact: America represents the greatest threat to world peace, Russia and China the best hope to preserve it.

Let’s hope President Trump doesn’t cave to the barrage of CIA controlled media reporting an “irreparable schism” between the president and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson over Fake News’ fabricated “Moron-gate.”  The Deep State is itching for war and ready to go, the only thing in their way is Secretary of State Tillerson.  With General Kelly guarding access to the president and the CIA’s Mike Pompeo, personally handfeeding Trump the CIA’s propaganda laced pap in the Daily Briefing, God knows what will happen.  Hopefully Trump will hold strong.
